The Lyric Consort is proud to be a member of the Pennsylvania Performing Arts on Tour (PennPAT) Artist Roster. The purpose of Pennsylvania Performing Arts on Tour (PennPAT) is to increase opportunities for professional Pennsylvania-based performing artists to obtain successful touring engagements. The program awards grants on a competitive basis to eligible presenters to enable them to present the work of artists and companies approved for the PennPAT Artist Roster. Beginning in 2001, PennPAT will offer support for engagements with PennPAT roster artists to presenters in: Delaware District of Columbia Maryland New Jersey New York Pennsylvania Virginia U.S. Virgin Islands West Virginia Created as a unique public/private partnership administered by Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation, PennPAT continues to garner funding and guidance from its four founding partners: Vira I. Heinz Endowment, William Penn Foundation, Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and The Pew Charitable Trusts. PennPAT roster artists are selected through a rigorous panel review process, considering artistic quality and touring readiness. PennPAT roster artists maintain the highest standards of artistic quality and professionalism. The roster is updated annually.
